A New Chapter, Rooted in Our Flight Together

A New Chapter, Rooted in Our Flight Together

By

At Oiselle, we often talk about “the strength of the team.” Not just the team inside our walls, but the team made up of every woman who pulls on a pair of Roga’s, pins on a race bib, shows up to run with a friend, or simply chooses to move her body with joy. Over the past few years, that team has grown—stronger, louder, more connected—and we’ve felt that momentum in every part of the brand.

We’ve doubled down on the values that brought us here: by women, for women, and most recently, woman-owned. We’ve launched products by listening first and designing second, pieces shaped by the real needs of women in sport. We’ve seen professional athletes and dedicated runners alike choose Oiselle because it feels like home, because it feels like them.

And as we continue to evolve, so does our leadership.

We'd like to inform our community that Arielle Knutson is moving on from the team, and while we’re sad to see her go, we are deeply grateful for the energy, creativity, and conviction she poured into Oiselle.

With this transition, I will be stepping into the role of CEO in early December, and we are welcoming Elizabeth McGarry, Chief Brand and Product Officer. Leading Oiselle is an honor I do not take lightly. This brand is close to my heart, not just as a company, but as a movement centered around women who run, lead, laugh, strive, dream, and fly.

As we look ahead to a new year, we’re excited to continue charting a path built on connection, innovation, and an unwavering belief in women. Our team is energized. Our community is powerful. And our potential to show up for women at all stages of life and run feels bigger than ever.

Thank you for being part of this journey. Thank you for showing up—not just for us, but for each other.

Here’s to what comes next.
Here’s to taking flight.
