Chase the Bird Challenge

By

Ahh it's the windup to the winter. We see you eyeing that Yeti. But it's not time to hibernate - it's time to streak! Join us for the #chasethebird streak to Thanksgiving (November 26th).

#CHASETHEBIRD

From November 1st - 26th, we challenge you to do (at least) 15 minutes of something everyday: dirty dozen, swim laps, bike to work, hit the Jazzercise studio, join us at Flywheel, go running ... just move! Because it's easy to fall into all or nothing (specifically nothing) as winter descends in all it's candy cane lane glory.

Then share what you did each day with #chasethebird.

WHY?

  1. (See above) Hibernating is for bears not birds.
  2. Plus! We're watching and rewarding. We'll be randomly picking #chasethebird shares on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook and sending you something worth streaking for!

It all starts November 1st. You ready to #chasethebird?!
