All the talk this week has been the Stanford Inviational! We are very excited to watch two of our own out there racing some tough fields in both the 10k, Kara, and the Steeple, Megan! The 10k will also have two of our favorite female distance runners in it as well: Kara Goucher and Shalane Flanagan. This sunshine deprived Seattleite is wishing that she was track side watching our two birds fly in Palo Alto! The other highlight of the weekend is our Triathlete Cathleen Knutson is at Ironman 70.3 Oceanside competing. She is coming off a PR in the half marathon three weeks ago where her motto was: Don't Give Up and Don't Let Up! She is one extremely tough athlete with a great attitude toward her training and life! Go get 'em Cathleen.
